This is their claim regarding their refund currency: "Additionally, orders paid with our in-store currency are processed even quicker so you would receive your products much faster. I've been trying to spend my refund balance for the past two weeks with no success just so I can simply get away and never use this stupid site again. ![]() Every time I try to spend it, either the transaction stays "on hold" for a long time, or simply doesn't work. GUess what? I've had problems with their refund balance. Shows the priorities for this company lie more in damage control than in quality assurance or customer service. UPDATE: Kinguin has time to ask for more info from me to verify this review (they want my name and phone number.lol) but they haven't reviewed my support ticket. So, it’s gonna be another week till I get the refund on my refund? Let me say it again, in plain language. Now they respond again days later and they’re asking for more screenshots, I already sent a screenshot. It says “key has already been activated.” Classic. Use refund to buy another key - but this one just straight up doesn’t work. So I submit ticket and get refund in form of “euro balance” about a week later. First their site is glitchy and double charges me for one game. It’s been minimum of 4 days for a response for both problems I had. This company isn't reliable to come through for you if you make plans, and I have so far wasted money on a game my friend and I haven't been able to play. It's now Sunday, and I still haven't received a replacement code, despite it being an alleged instant service. I opened a ticket straight away and gave details and a screenshot as requested. I received 1 valid code, and 1 used code. I purchased 2 copies of a game on Friday. I had planned an entire weekend of trying a new game with a friend. I won't be relying on this group to come through on future purchases. Complete scam of a company - do not trust them. UPDATE: After Kinguin's response below (and my immediate response to them), they still required more correspondence as they did not get back to me. ![]() Just a couple of weeks ago Frostpunk 2 developers 11 Bit Studios were astonished to see Kinguin. SCAM - codes don't work, don't give full refunds back. The shady world of key resellers is a murky, grimdark place to visit, but also incredibly stupid. ![]()
